- Classes will be limited to 10 kids per class. As demand for these Gymnastic classes grow we will look at adding additional times/days/age groups. When class capacity is met a waiting list will be made available.

* BJJ 1

In this class, we cover the basic movements, positions, and concepts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We emphasize good technique, mobility, pressure, and leverage awareness over sheer strength. This class is for athletes who are interested in establishing their foundation in BJJ. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes teach GI techniques and NO-GI techniques. As students demonstrate proficiency they will be eligible to attend the BJJ 2 class.

* BJJ 2

The BJJ 2 class focuses on drills, techniques, and live rolls. As students approach the end of this class series, BJJ awareness and gameness will be apparent. Students are shown how to push their own limits through live action and coaching and are given the opportunity to develop their own BJJ voice and style. Through training with peers, advanced students and coaches.


Notice: Students may arrive no more than 10mins before class to warm up or practice. Earlier arrival is disruptive to students training and/or our afterschool programs. Thank you for your cooperation regarding this matter.

All martial arts training should only be used to better ones self and as a path to higher understanding of ones self.  Martial arts should never be used with the intention of purposely seeking to cause harm to others.
